Hello sweet team welcome back to my channel. This is sweet Adjeley. I am so excited to be with you all today and I hope everyone is doing wonderfully well. So, this moist delicious requested oven grilled Tilapia recipe is available and as you can see is nice and moist and we are getting right into this recipe, no messing around.
I begin by cleaning my fish, its been cleaned halfway already from the fish market but am taking any excess that was left behind that I don’t want. Then I am going to go ahead and score my fish and I cut these in such a way that it is easy for my family to share.
Once it’s done, we will cut our vegetables up, throw it in our blender and blend it then I will add some vegetable oil to blend instead of water, then I add everything in and the oil then we blend. Then I set some aside as always and the rest I put on my fish then I add more if need be, make sure you get this marinate into every corner, every hidden spot, open up the cuts that you have made and put some in there and at this time am totally exhausted because am just getting home from work, so after putting everything on the fish, we are going to enjoy it tomorrow, so am going to cover it up and marinate it overnight, put it in my refrigerator. But if you don’t have overnight like I always say, just marinate for about 3 hours and increase the salt content a little bit if you are grilling it the same day. Otherwise just go for your taste of salt because it will be sitting there for good 12 hours, it will be perfect and the rest of the marinate I just put in an ice cube tray throw it in my freezer and I have some spice blend so don’t waste it don’t get rid of it.
So this is the next day and am going to bring it out, and I will grease my wrap because this time I lined my tray with foil to make easy cleaning for me, and I will be grilling this in a 300 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about 30 minutes, on one side and I will flip it over, brush it with some more of marinate, the rest of the marinate that was left on it I mix it with some oil that I use to brush the rack, so once I flip it over carefully I will brush some of the marinate and throw it back into the oven. Am going to prep some vegetables that is going to go with this delicious fish.
And here I have peppers, cucumber, I have scallions, onion and jalapeno, I will dice the jalapeno very small and the rest of the vegetables I will just chop them all up and then I will mix it up for this. And the fish is ready so I bring it out and brush it with a bit of coconut oil because it makes it taste so good and I will throw it back into the oven for just about 5 minutes and it should be perfectly done. So, I put all the vegetables into a bowl to that I season it with some salt a bit of shrimp seasoning I will be adding some vinegar, you can use lemon if you like and some olive oil and I toss it around and it is done. So, we just going to serve it, just look at that, we are having some kenkey with pepper all are invited but you got to take off if you don’t get here soon all will be gone.
