Easy Oven Grilled Chicken

Hello sweet team welcome back to my channel. This is sweet Adjeley. I am always excited to be with you all, and I hope everyone is doing wonderfully well, if you are new to my channel a very warm welcome to you. As you can see, we are making grilled chicken, the weather is warming up, so we need to fire up our grills. But if you don’t have a grill don’t even worry about it because we are making this right in our oven.

Step by step method

  • STEP 1

    I will deseed my jalapenos because I just want the flavor without the heat, remember am adding one habanero pepper so I will get my heat right from there and also from the ginger. So, once I chop everything up into the blender, I will add my spices and seasoning also my oil and I will blend it. Then once blended I will set half of it aside because I don’t want to pour everything onto the chicken just in case it’s too much, I don’t want to waste anything.

  • STEP 2

    So I will add the rest to the chicken and I will ad some more, also poke the chicken to ensure that my marinate penetrate very well and the rest of the marinate that I am not using I will keep it in the freezer so that those that will come home late I will just whip a quick dinner without I having to blend anything, so I rub everything, preferably you want to do this overnight, but if you don’t have overnight keep it out for 3 hours and it should be just perfect, so make sure your marinate taste really good, at this point am brushing my rack with some vegetable oil to ensure that my chicken doesn’t stick at all, then am going to arrange it presentation side down and throw it into the oven and am going to grill it under 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • STEP 3

    About 30 minutes and I will flip it over and as you can see, we have our grill marks and we did not even step a feet outside. Once you flip them over we are going brush it with a bit more of our marinate then we put it back in our oven and let it grill of an additional 30 minutes until it is done and it is nicely golden brown, just like you see right here, it is nice and beautiful. And you will leave it for about 5 minutes before cutting it because if you cut it immediately. the juiciness will run out and we don’t want that, if you let it cool and you cut it maintains the juices and you have just a perfect dinner or lunch. and I will be serving it with my vegetable medley and some freshly baked potatoes right out of my oven.
