EASY HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SEASONING

hello sweet team, welcome back to my channel. This is sweet Adjeley. I am so excited to be with you all
today and I hope everyone is doing wonderfully well. So, for my vegans, vegetarians and MSG free sweet team that requested this recipe it is here, so let’s just jump right into it.

Ingredients

  • STEP 1

    Slice the mini peppers and dry them nice until they are very nice and crunchy. Am using my food processor because it’s a lot of peppers, I could not stand here trying to cut them out but you can definitely cut them up, now when slicing them up you will notice a lot of seeds don’t even try taking them out at this point, it will take you more time. So after dehydration they will fall out on their own, I just put it in my dehydrator and we will dehydrate, if you don’t have the sun will wok perfectly, or you can use your oven at the lowest setting. Am starting off with pepper because they take the longest dry up.

  • STEP 2

    I am using my peeler to slice up my carrot and do the same with it and my celery, and the peeler did an amazing job so you want to invest in one of those. So once everything is nicely dried up and there you have it here, I have all the seed that came out, most of them came, so don’t worry, don’t sweat it at all.

  • STEP 3

    So, we will put everything in our blender and blend it. Whether grinding or blending whichever way it works, once everything was nicely grinded I noticed it was a bit moist, so I threw it in my oven and baked it at the lowest temperature until it was crunchy. Here I have more ingredients like ginger, onion powder, parsley flakes, garlic powder and salt. In the middle, I have my celery, carrots and pepper that are nice and crunchy at this point. So we will put everything in the blender except the celery and go ahead and grind it up nicely. Now these seasoning, when you make them at home, it do cake up, if you don’t want that, you add about a table spoon of corn starch to serve as ant-anti caking agent. You are using it at home, its homemade and home use, I will un-cake it myself, so this point I add my parsley I did not add it in the beginning because if you want to make your cubes it might darken your seasoning, we don’t want that.
