how I made this beautiful melt in your mouth banana cake, by the time you try this recipe you will be

Let’s get started, to begin, am going to butter and flour my cake pan and set is aside this is highly important to ensure that your cake comes out easily.
Next in a bowl I will add some flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and I will mix well and set aside. Then in a separate bowl I will add some soften butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. And am going to cream this until it is light and fluffy.
Am going to go ahead and chop my walnuts and set aside. Then I will peel my bananas, make sure you peel it very well. And I washed it before peeling. Once this is mashed up you should get one cup. I have been making this for so long, so I know that these two bananas will give us one cup. But if this is your first time please ensure that you are going to measure so that you have a perfect cake.
At this point I add my one egg to my butter and sugar cream and am going to mix it until its well incorporated. Whenever you are baking always remember to scrape the side of your bowl so that all your ingredient will mix very well. At this point I will add my bananas and give it a quick mix. Then we are going to be adding our flour and milk in two parts and give it a good mix but be sure not to overmix which will cause your cake to become tough.
As soon as everything mixes well then you stop, you add the rest of the flour and the milk but this time I will be adding my walnuts together with my chocolate chips. Why? Because I want them to have a little coating of the flour so that they do not sink to the bottom of my baking pan while baking. Once everything is nicely mixed am going to give it a fold from the bottom up to ensure that all my ingredients are well mixed. Then I will transfer to my baking pan and bake it under 350 degree for about 45minutes. Until a toothpick comes out clean, and there you have it our beautiful banana nut chocolates chips cake. And I paired it with vanilla ice cream. But you can also enjoy it with your tea or coffee. That is it.
